01 When do you do new drops?
New drops are announced first through email and Instagram. Subscribe to stay ahead before pieces sell out.
02 Do you do restocks?
Most FAM pieces are limited. Once a drop sells out, it may not return again.
03 How do I find my size?
Every product page includes sizing details. If you prefer a more relaxed streetwear fit, we recommend sizing up.
04 Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping time and cost are calculated at checkout.
05 Is shipping free?
Orders over $150 ship free.
For orders under $150, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
06 How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
07 Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
08 What is your return policy?
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in original condition. Limited drop products may have special return conditions.
09 What is the FAM Membership Card?
The FAM Membership Card is a signature detail included with selected orders. It represents your place inside the FAM circle.
